Happy Thanksgiving…..Happy Black Friday…..Happy Whatever….Family, Football, Turkey, or Shopping?? What do people get more excited about anymore this time of year…..Exactly!! Family probably isn’t number 1 on most people’s list….what a sad world we live in….

What a crummy week in general!! I’m negative! Awful week….first last Saturday, Rutger’s loses…..that’s right….America’s 2006 Cinderella turned into a pumpkin…..then Sunday, Donovan McNabb gets hurt….very painful for Eagle’s fans….We are catching up to Red Sox fans with misery….shoot, atleast they had their 2004…..(we almost did….key word: almost)….I feel like I am living through the Randall Cunningham era all over again….

Then again, I could be Kramer…..Vegas should have an odds of how long it will be before he gets beat, raped, stabbed, shot, lynched, killed, etc…. how in the world is a professional comedian going to do what he did…He must be suicidal!!! He could have gotten his point across so much better than doing what he did….the N-word is just uncalled for……

Then you have OJ Simpson…..wow!!! I saw some one on Craigslist selling that book for $2500…..My boy wrote a good blog on that issue on his myspace page….check it out at the end of this blog…..I have no comment on OJ, just read the blog below

This week Jay-Z had his 36th birtday….I remember when I was 16, his first album came out…..this week, his newest did…..What a breath of fresh air….I can’t believe what he has done in the last 10 years….straight motivation…..I was never one to ride someone’s jock….and I never sweated Jay-Z like most of today’s 15-30 year old’s……but to see him go from being worth 100K to 300+million in 10 years says a lot!!! As I sit here and struggle with life’s everyday’s curveballs, and the struggle’s of trying to kick off 2 businesses…….Jay-Z is definitely some one to look up to!! Now, if only he could promote his artists, like himself!!

Speaking of Jay-Z related news….I watched Annie today…..If you are wondering how Jay and Annie are related….download his song, “It’s a Hard Knock Life.” What 27 year old, spends 3 hours of a beautiful Sunday afternoon, watching Annie!? I guess I just needed a picker-upper…..or a time killer until tonight’s Eagles/Colts game….

By the way, am I insane for believing the Eagle’s season isn’t over yet?? I actually think they are going to beat the Colt’s tonight and sneak into the playoffs…..Have I officially lost my marbles??

For all of you that read last week’s blog, I remembered what it was about the gym that I wanted to write about……here it is….One of my biggest pet peeves is people that wear their sunglasses indoors or at night….especially in the clubs….That is the cheeziest, corniest trend I have ever witnessed in my 27 years….If I was the violent type, I would smack the shades off these people…..anyways, some chick was rocking her sunglasses in the gym…..while running on the treadmill!!! In the words of my boy Mark, “Are you serious???”

Lastly, how many of you ever clicked with someone….and you really start to like them…..and you know they start to like you…..but then all of a sudden, the person does stupid things to push you away….and eventually they push you away for good!? Well, I must confess, that I am that someone…..Why? I don’t get it….but I push people away…..I do it all the time….and I did it recently….so, if you are someone that I pushed away and are reading this…..just know that I am sorry…..I can’t help it…..We all have something strange about ourselves….and that is my biggest strangest trait…..I work on it….but can’t tackle it….I get to the point where I recognize what I am doing, and know the actions that I am about to act upon are going to get me in trouble, but I still do it…..That’s one of the things I do best…..push people out of my life!!! Any advice??

Until, I get some…..I will dream about the happiness of tomorrow….because, it’s only a day away….

“Become Poor, and Dies Struggling”

“The title to OJ’s recently blackballed book “If I Did It, Here’s How It Happened” was pretty tasteless indeed…but you can’t tell me he wasn’t put up to it by those who would profit the most. Artist’s will understand easiest, its the same way with music consider….GET RICH OR DIE TRYING…Jimmy Iovine has made infinitely more money of that title than Curtis Jackson. That’s capitalism…love it or move to Cuba.

I just hope OJ got paid UPFRONT. Why? Because…not only was OJ’s destroyed reputation actually taken to new low’s…do remember he was found NOT GUILTY of that heinous crime…yet the whole establishment has conspired to cockblock his cashflow…they would much rather see him… BECOME POOR AND DIE STRUGGLING…ain’t that about a b*tch?

In fact, it has been well documented that “some” people couldn’t have cared less what kind of content the book contained if the money was going to the the “families” of Ron Goldman or Nicole Simpson….does that say anything to you? The topic of OJ is a hot potatoe….even supporters of him during the trial are now scared to hold on to beliefs which are only legal and right in regards to him so they hurl any supportive stance from their vicinity as far and as fast as they can.

However, the fact of the matter is OJ could have NEVER have been convicted! This is not just because of the apparent holes in the prosecutions’ case……you must understand the backlash of resentment and tension from this “conviction” would have been a terrible pain in the side of the nation. The greatness of the late Johnny Cochran notwithstanding, it was a very political move. The last thing America needed at the time (or anytime) is a Martyr. A FREE OJ MOVEMENT….could you imagine it? What would that have done to the fabric of our nation? Though the status quo would have been just as unrelenting as they are now in his post trial persecution…the people would have had a CAUSE to champion and reason to rally. No…it is much easier this way…the meek simply remain content with the verdict, silent and indifferent now.

Of course, I don’t know IF HE DID IT or not; however..what I do know is he was found NOT GUILTY by our COURT OF LAW…yet without trial….he has essentially been convicted to death in the hearts and minds of a prejudiced society who if not for clever lawyering…would have Mr. Simpson lying on Sunset Blvd as thin as a Somalian comedically victimized on the next video clipping of BUM FIGHTS. I mean this literally.

Is that justice? What is also obvious is the fact that I, (and I am not alone) KNOW at least one person who has either currently or recently served time in an American prison for a crime that he or she DID NOT COMMIT…and yes I said “DID NOT” commit! This paradigm is not shared throughout America. I am aware of that. This is a backdrop most commonly reserved for the oppressed….its that all too familiar pain of helplessness you feel when struggling against a system much stronger than yourself. Can you relate?

Those who can ask…Where is the outpouring of support for these victims? Where are the organized campaigns for justice now? Where are the threats to overthrow anyone who aids in the propaganda? Maybe just maybe….to some…(though many are afraid to admit it) OJ Simpson in all of his faults, represents the one who overcame that system. Maybe he personified the one who had the strength to pull the systems’ vicious tentacles off of him and set himself free with the “almighty dollar” that is so often unavailable to the accused. Maybe just maybe… in order to prevent him from becoming that iconic “symbol” it is in societies best interest to weaken this man until his dying day. I understand the logic.

I am sure OJ is a broken man—whether it is from the “guilt” in which he was ironically acquitted—or from constantly battling the hatred he has subsequently endured. If you understand anything about psychology I am sure you will agree that this will certainly levy a heavy toll on your Mental Health. So I am sure OJ Simpson will appear unstable, weak and somewhat scatter-brained now. It is my belief that you would to.”

Ok, boys and girls…..you heard it….the secret word of the day is “Randomness.” You know what that means, right?? Whenever someone says that word, or whenever you read the word….scream real loud!!!

So, Kayne West showed what kind of spoiled brat he really is!!! How are you going to storm the stage at an awards show because you didn’t win an award?? Just in case you missed it….this crybaby, who is notorious for throwing tantrums when he loses, ran on stage at the UK (i think MTV) Video Music Awards and snatched the award away from the band members who won the award for “best video of the year” over him…He was saying something along the lines as, “I never saw your video, but I am sure it is good…but mine cost over a million dollars, had me jumping over canyons and had Pam Anderson in it.” Word is born, if I won something, and that brat ran on stage and interfered; he is getting what he should have gotten as a kid….an ass whooping…no time out…..a good old fashioned you know what…..straight up!!

In more celebrity news….Poor Kevin Federline….I guess his 15 minutes is up….the funniest thing about his divorce, is that the media keeps on referring him as “Brittany’s Rapper Husband.” Please…..he is no rapper….just her ex-back up dancer/husband….please don’t poop on hip hop!

Speaking of more jokes/and pooping on hip hop….my buddies and me decided to check out this club in NJ on Friday night….one that is not known for playing hip hop, but more like that guido music……however, this night, they had a famous Hip Hop DJ there and played hip hop….the funny part, is that my boys, along with many others, were turned away at the door for having “white” t-shirts under their dress shirts…..that’s right ladies and gentlemen….people were not allowed into the club for their “undershirts” or as my buddy called them, their “Unmentionables.” Are you kidding me??? The cop, who turned us away….that’s right, cop, not bouncer, said that the owner didn’t want a club of white tee’s, because you know how people take their shirts of in clubs when they are dancing? Well, the owner did want a club of white tee’s…….WHAT A JOKE!!!!! People had to go back to their cars and take off their undershirt and they were allowed to enter..These tools checked guys undershirts….Isn’t that like checking a chick’s bra?…..This is funny for more reason’s than one….First off….undershirts are like underwear…..no explanation needed….Second off, a club full of white tee’s??? Are u serious….like everyone is taking their shirts off at clubs…there is usually that one idiot….usually a short diesel cat….or cornball jock….but not the whole club….Third…..I guarantee this is only done during the club’s hip hop nights!!! I never been there for their guido nights, but I assure you with absolute certainty, that that is not a rule when these grease balls come in and do their “guido pumps!” Needless to say, we didn’t pay the $30 at the door to enter this club…we went to NYC…what a joke, u can’t come in because, of your undershirt!!

In positive Jersey news….how about Rutgers……growing up, I was forced to like Penn State Football because Rutger’s was a joke of a football team….well, with their first national championship title run ever….I am forced to jump on the bandwagon for the first time ever….me and 8 million other Jersey Heads!!! Went to this sports bar in the Central Jersey/Rutger’s area to watch it…..what an experience! There is nothing like rooting for the underdog (and watching them win)!!!…

Speaking of underdogs!!! Anyone else pumped about the new Rocky movie!?!? I know I am….and just to get myself ready, I have spent the last two Saturday afternoons watching Rocky with my mom….told you I’m a mama’s boy…..Last week was Rocky 1, this week Rocky 2…and next week….that’s right kids! Rocky 3!!! Hey, I ain’t mad at Sly for making a Rocky movie at age 60….shoot, he is currently filming the next Rambo as well….2007, the year of Sly Stallone, who woulda thunk it??

More Randomness (ahhhhhhhh!)……how about the fuss that the Borat movie is making…I read somewhere that some frat boys are suing over the movie because it portrayed them as alcoholic, porno watching racists…..like the Newark Star Ledger said…”like you need a movie to know that about frat boys”….come on now….I hope to finally see the movie sometime this week!!

Lastly, I wanted to tell you all about something that happened to me at the gym last week, but because I didn’t write the thought down, I lost it and can’t share this amazing story with you….sorry, but you guys will have to tune in next week to see if I remember or not…..PEACE!!!!

So, Tuesday was Halloween…..It’s not like it used to be…..back when I was a kid, there were thousands of trick-o-treaters….now there like four!! My mom had her doorbell rang twice last night….and my grandparents only had 46 kids….yes, 46, they actually count how much candy they give out every year, they keep track…..ahhh, the simple things in life…..

Me, I didn’t get dressed up,in fact, I couldn’t even get into it this year…It didn’t even feel like Halloween to me…I was busy at a club with my boys, filming their first performance/show….if you don’t know, I manage my boys’ rap group…..the show didn’t go perfectly, but it was a success….If you want to hear good music, check out the Ivy Storm link on the tool bar on the home page!!

Anyways, the last 2 weeks have been crazy….

You have Busta Rhymes and Foxy Brown getting away with being pieces of garbage….How is Busta so hard core now…..I mean, I wouldn’t mess with him, but didn’t he used to have a case of that old PTA?!? Woo-ha, wasn’t hard core….Now, he wants to beat up….excuse me jump, a 19 year old for spitting in the direction of his car…..a kid that just left his show….what a good role model….and Foxy, being late to court, and then having the audacity to complain about getting community service after beating up the lady that does her nails??? Oh brother!

Rush Limbaugh is a scumbag….I think I spelled his name right…..How are u gonna come at Michael J. Fox like that??

Anybody else getting tired of these politicians and their attacks on each other?? How is Hilary Clinton’s competitor (I forgot his name), going to talk about her having a face lift?? Like that has anything to do with politics!!!

The Source Magazine had to pay Kim Osario $14 million from a firing her…..and being male pigs…..damn, only if one of the principles or teachers at my school rub me the wrong way….hahaha…literally and figuratively….and I mean the female ones!

One thing, I don’t understand is how remains could still be found at Ground Zero….Five years later!!! I don’t want to talk to much about this, but seriously?!

Then you have Madonna adopting this African child……I believe she and the other celebrities that are doing this have their hearts in the right place….but what about all those unfortunate kids/people in our own country….Instead of saving the world, let’s save our own country first!!

Let’s save our women in NYC that use MTA bathrooms!! They now have to share them with Trans-sexuals!! What a debacle….

You know, Kevin Federline was on Tyra yesterday….I watched some of it while I was at the gym….and you know what?? As much as you wanna bash the guy….he really isn’t that bad….Now, I only watched the first half of the interview, but he was really down to earth and seemed like an alright guy….maybe he just is a victim of unjustified hatred?? Now, if he could only just put down the mic and stop rapping!!

Lastly, isn’t it a ashame that Ryan Phillipe and Reese Witherspoon couldn’t work things out?? Shoot, love is so tough….I am the victim of “the right girl at the wrong time” atleast 10 times over….this year alone!!! Ok, that’s an exaggeration, but a couple times to say the least!
